  • Customer quotes out within 24 hours

Post Sale

  • Contact you to personally thank you for your order
  • Invoice confirmed with your deposit added and remaining balance
  • Update on your order at three weeks
  • Once completed our installation team will call to confirm an installation time for you

When there is an issue

  • Delayed or deleted fabric - We will contact you as soon as we know with the option to wait or switch to a new fabric
  • Installation or product issues - We will respond with a plan within one business day
